Ezee Services Inc. began as an idea about bring initiatives and innovations to those seeking it.  It also included helping companies looking for new growth opportunities to expand into international markets.

Mahir Elgimri

Founder & President


“Growing up, I have always believed that success could only come from hard work, dedication and an insatiable passion for excellence. I started my company with this same belief, and a determination to give back to my homeland and to provide opportunities that were given to me.”


Mahir Elgimri came to the US from his homeland of Sudan in 1993. After becoming a parking attendant for Pro Park of America for four years, he rose to becoming the parking manager for six years for the same company.

While attending Cambridge University to pursue his Masters Degree, Mahir and his brothers started YMM Services and began managing parking facilities and operating Ace Taxi Service. The following year, they formed Executive Parking and won a multi-million dollar contract to manage multiple sights for the Springfield Parking Authority and the city of Holyoke in Massachusetts.

Mahir’s mission with Ezee Services Inc. is to help import and export quality products and services back to his homeland.

Frank Caruso

There’s the old proverb: ‘give a man a fish, he’ll eat for a day, teach a man to fish, he’ll eat forever’. My passion of teaching comes from the desire of helping those to improve and to be the best. Even in business my goal is to help my clients the best way possible for the best results.”


Frank Caruso’s distinguished legal career expands almost forty years, specializing in commercial law. With an expertise in contract review, bank documentation and private entity formation.

Acquiring his J.D. from Western New England University and being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981, Frank has experience appearing before governmental bodies in both state and local settings, and has sat on boards such as city councils, planning and zoning, and licensing.

Having legal affiliations with the Federal District Court, District Court of MA and the US Court of Appeals, Frank’s passionate affiliations have included: former head coach Umass Amherst Women’s Rugby Team, Former Special Olympics Coach Hampden Cty Assoc for Mentally Impaired, and Instructor for Mass Continuing Legal Education.
